OVERVIEW

A growing insurance company is seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to serve as the face of our dynamic organization. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, both in-person and remotely. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.

  • Compensation: $18.21 - $23.36 / hr
  • Location: Glenwood Springs, CO area
  • Reports to: Operations Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will play a critical role in creating a world-class experience for clients, visitors, and staff by:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Manage incoming calls, greet guests, and address inquiries effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including mail handling, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and undertake other duties as assigned to support office operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
