Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role involves operating forklifts and other machinery to move beams and rebars, some of which can be up to 40 feet long, within our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move beams and rebars within the warehouse.
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload products from trucks.
• Utilize cranes and reach trucks as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Proficiency in operating an Order Picker or Reach Truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to operate cranes.

Work Environment

85% of the work will take place inside the warehouse, with 15% outside due to the size of some beams. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd Shift) or 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westport, Massachusetts.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
