Job Title: Warehouse Associate

• 1st Shift Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm ( Monday through Friday )
• Placement Type : 720 hour temp-to-hire
• Starting Pay: $20.00/per hour ( paid weekly )

Job Description

• You will work in the stock room, pulling large appliances with a dolly and hand cart to load them into a 26ft Box Truck for delivery.
• You will assist with various warehouse duties as needed, including shipping and receiving, inventory, and kitting.
• Additionally, you will assist with deliveries, uncrating, applying or removing cords, and installing handles on fridges.
• Most tasks will take place in new construction sites for apartment complexes, and you may also install wire shelving if required.

Responsibilities

• Pull large appliances in the stock room using a dolly and hand cart.
• Load appliances into a 26ft Box Truck for delivery.
• Assist with various warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, inventory, and kitting.
• Move appliances weighing up to 75lbs.
• Assist with deliveries, uncrating, applying/removing cords, and installing handles on fridges.
• Install wire shelving at construction sites if required.

Qualifications:

• Must Have:
  • Physical material handling experience.
  • Experience with RF scanners.
  • Shipping computer skills, including FedEx/Wordships.
  • Valid Driver's License

Work Environment

• You will work in a very clean, well-lit manufacturing environment with AC for the summer.
• Eye protection is required in all plant work areas, and safety shoes with steel toes that are slip-resistant are mandatory.
• The first shift runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with limited overtime.

Location:

• Position is based out of Burnsville, Minnesota.
