After setting the standard for wallet abstraction, Magic is on a mission to pioneer the next phase of abstraction: chain abstraction. With so many L1s, L2s and L3s entering the space in addition to new VMs, it's never been more crucial to solve identity and liquidity fragmentation that spans across chains-this is how we'll achieve true interoperability and seamless user experiences. Magic is building a unified, cross-chain network that will maximize efficiency and accessibility for developers and users alike.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management & Content Creation :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social strategy that scales existing channels and tests new channels to increase brand awareness and user engagement across owned channels
• Own the social calendar that aligns with product launches, developer events, industry news and cultural trends
• Partner with external agencies to manage social media content creation
• Concept, create and schedule engaging content on X, TikTok, YouTube, IG and other brand marketing initiatives
• Produce and manage TikTok style video content with partners
• Engage with communities "reply guy" by responding to comments, retweets and mentions on a timely basis
• Monitor trends, news and conversations in onchain and developer communities, and leverage insights to inform social media strategies
• Establish clear goals and benchmarks for channels and campaigns, use data to iterate on social strategy
• Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns, refining strategies as needed
• Proven success of creating high-performing content across channels

Required Skills & Experience :

• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in tech, crypto, blockchain and web3
• Strong background in building, growing and engaging on social media, ideally across priority channels (X and TikTok)
• Strong POV on what drives engagement, ideally with references to past experience engaging crypto audiences in authentic ways
• Proven experience as a talented writer and meme connoisseur
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid turnaround time on finished pieces
• Clear and concise style of communication, internally and externally, with a creative spirit
• Self motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Up to date with the industry meta

Salary range: $80k - 115k
