Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and performance of all social media efforts. Youll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our follower base, and driving user engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, storytelling, and leveraging social platforms to build community and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop and execute a content calendar for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create engaging posts, stories, and videos aligned with the brands voice and goals.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and tags.
    • Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations and participating in trending topics.
    • Monitor and manage brand reputation across social platforms.
  3. Campaign Development:
    • Launch and manage organic and paid social media campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Leverage social tools to amplify promotions, partnerships, and special events.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track key metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve content performance.
  5. Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
    • Experiment with innovative content formats and ideas to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in fitness, tech, or lifestyle.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and tools (Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
  • Proven ability to create engaging content (examples or portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community building.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus.
  • Appropriate team members must be available to join program elements of investor pitches.
