Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Social Media and Influencer Marketing Assistant to
support our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for someone
with experience in social media, a keen interest in influencer partnerships, strong interpersonal
skills and a strong understanding of current trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to messages and comments across our brands’ social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging responses.
• Monitor tags and mentions, actively engaging with our online community.
• Input and organize information in various databases.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and collaborations.
• Support PR efforts and gifting initiatives.
• Track deliverables from influencers.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and assist with the management of our TikTok affiliate program.
• Help plan the content calendar and content shoots, contributing creative ideas.
• Assist during photoshoots and content shoots
• Creating reels and tiktoks for our social pages

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media management and influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with TikTok and its trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with inputting and organizing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location:
