Retirement Planners & Administrators (RPA) , a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Retirement Plan Administrator who will provide full client services to a designated caseload of clients, including day-to-day communication and management of their workflow and project deadlines. What you'll do: Independently handle a caseload of between 60 to 80 plans with A-Z administration (including loan & distributions, contributing calculations, plan documents, plan design, etc.) Perform plan ADP/ACP compliance testing accurately and timely Provide superior client service and communication Maintain industry knowledge and share information with team members Utilize administration systems and other technologies to maximize efficiencies Review and recommend plan design changes to clients Coordinate year-end valuation Read and interpret plan documents Import census and participant account data Asset Reconciliation/Trust Accounting Forms 5500, 8955, 5330 Loan, hardship, and distribution review Who you are: Minimum of 6 years of 401k/403b retirement plan administration experience Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred Experience with Relius software strongly preferred Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to detail Strong math and/or accounting skills Strong initiative, integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation Ability to organize, set priorities and meet deadlines Strong MS Office experience, especially Excel and Word Our Value-Driven Employee Experience: Flexible Workplace Competitive PTO Apply for this job * indicates a required field #J-18808-Ljbffr Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc
