Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Philmont, NY

Pay Range: $27 per hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely output and adherence to specifications.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate personnel while addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Coordinate the flow of production and manage raw materials to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor production operations and implement adjustments as necessary.
• Educate staff on safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What's Needed?

• Knowledge of blow molding machinery and processes is strongly preferred.
• Strong math skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Windows-based software packages.
• Hands-on management experience with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels.
• Outstanding character and personal values that align with the company’s culture.
