Location: Wyandotte, MI.

Rates Are flexible

• Flexographic printing press operator
• 8 color process printing skills preferred
• High quality / fine line printing
• UV and hot air technology
• Die cutting, matrix stripping, slitting
• Laboratory environment – not high production day to day operation
• Flexo ink mixing using precision scales and tabletop mixer
• Press is controlled by a state of the art computer system and complex HMI. Moderate computer skills a must.
• Ability to operate an optical flexo plate mounter
• Includes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning such as anilox rollers, print units, coater unit
• Analytical skills required

This is a full time position including health care and benefits. We are looking for a lead press operator and a 2nd press operator. Given our lack of success to-date of filling these position, we will consider someone with less direct skills as long as they are motivated, high energy, sharp technical skills in machinery. Salary will depend on experience and overall skill set.
