Job Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Review and verify the accuracy of all closing documents.

+ Coordinate with branch to obtain any missing information or documentation.

+ Verify wire confirmations, certified checks and confirm that all funds have been received and file is balanced.

+ Complete Branch Wire Checklist.

+ Initiate all wire request with National Wire Desk.

+ Disburse funds according to the closing statement and ensure all parties receive the correct amounts.

+ Prepare and maintain accurate and complete post-closing files.

+ Process 1099s.

+ Follow up on the recording of deeds and mortgages to ensure timely completion.

+ Handle post-closing issues such as payoffs, escrow shortages, stop payments, outstanding checks, refund issues.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction.

**Education / Experience**

+ Demonstrated understanding of the real estate transaction including knowledge about the different aspects of the life of a file.
