About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Private Equity to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire deal-making process, from sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities to executing and managing the resulting portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, as the Vice President will be expected to drive financial performance, develop growth strategies, and oversee operational improvements within the portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include leading investment sourcing, due diligence, and deal structuring, as well as preparing and presenting investment recommendations to the investment committee. The role also involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders and assisting in the execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies. Applicants for the Vice President of Private Equity position at the company should have 7-10 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading all aspects of the investment process. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with portfolio companies to drive strategic and operational improvements. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a high-paced, results-oriented environment and will be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and drive value creation.
