We are seeking a Legal Nurse Consultant to join our Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group. they will work with the attorneys on our litigation team. This position will report directly to the Director of Practice Management.
Key Responsibilities: - Establishes, organizes and maintains case files, medical records, pleadings, attorney notebooks, expert witness notebooks, and document indices and lists.
- Reviews, analyzes and summarizes case files, medical records, and other applicable documents for the purpose of preparing matter evaluations and status reports.
- Arranges for expert witness inspections and obtains approval from counsel of record and specified parties.
- Performs assigned medical research using all available resources
- Verifies citations and references in written and computer-generated materials for accuracy.
Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing with 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Prior experience as a legal nurse consultant (knowledge of legal principles and practices at a level normally acquired through formal paralegal training or its equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to review materials and analyze for accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overtime

Pay Transparency Range:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is ($115,000 - $150,000). The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
