Job Description

About Us:

Coffee has been the same for 1,500 years, but we're changing that! Did you know that 50% of Americans have a gene that makes caffeine hard to metabolize, leading to jitters, bloating, and stomach issues? Most people just accept it, but we don't. We've developed a special coffee blend that combines functional mushrooms, collagen protein, and nootropics to enhance focus, energy, immunity, and gut health — all without the crash or the B.S. In the past 3 years, we've served over 300,000 customers, and with 150 million coffee drinkers left to reach, we're just getting started. We'd love for you to join us on this exciting journey.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our energetic and creative team. You'll play a key role in translating our brand's strategy into eye-catching designs that bring our message to life. From product packaging to social media posts and digital ads, your work will shape how our brand is seen across multiple channels. In this fast-paced role, you'll collaborate closely with our Lead Designer to refine and execute designs that align with our brand's goals, ensuring every project looks both polished and innovative.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a creative mindset and attention to detail, who thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. If you're passionate about wellness and love creating designs that communicate clearly and effectively, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Design and refine product packaging that stays true to our brand.
Create compelling graphics for social media and digital ad campaigns.
Design landing pages and paid media that drive conversions.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the CPG, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva for various media projects.
Ability to collaborate with both in-house teams and external agencies to bring creative concepts to life.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for design innovation, staying ahead of market trends, and telling meaningful visual stories.

Benefits:

Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
Comprehensive health and dental insurance
Wellness and professional development stipend
A chance to shape the visual identity of a rapidly growing, innovative brand
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 20.00 26.00 Per Hour
