KYU is seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservationist to join our team remotely. The Reservationist will be responsible for managing phone reservations for our KYU locations in Miami and New York. This role requires experience with reservation systems such as Resy and OpenTable, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming reservation calls for KYU locations in Miami and New York.
• Utilize Resy and OpenTable to book, modify, and cancel reservations efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s menu, hours of operation, and special events.
• Handle special requests and accommodate guest needs with professionalism and care.
• Maintain and update reservation records to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow.
• Address and resolve any reservation-related issues or conflicts promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations as needed.
• Uphold KYU’s service standards and values, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Reservationist or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with Resy and OpenTable reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Experience handling high call volumes and managing guest inquiries effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

Schedule:

• Remote position with flexible hours.
• Must be available to accommodate different time zones for Miami and New York locations.
