Our client, a dynamic player in the property management industry, is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to join their team. As a Hybrid Recruiter, you will be part of the recruiting team supporting various roles across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hybrid Recruiter

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Rate: $29 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide hourly recruiting support for a variety of property management roles.
• Manage approximately 20 open requisitions, ensuring timely and effective candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with recruiters to streamline the hiring process for Community Managers, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance Techs.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruiting activities and candidate progress.

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job boards.
