We are growing thanks to our amazing cleaning staff and are hiring immediately for solo house cleaners to join our rockstar team. Our work culture is very unique. What we offer our rockstar cleaners:

Empowered pay rates: Training is $15/hr after 2-4 weeks full technician. Base pay is $19 per scheduled labor hour plus $2/hr if over 30 hours and an additional $4 per hour if over35 hours

Bonuses are available on a weekly basis

PTO after 6 months

Work Schedule: M-F 8-6

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and must use your own reliable vehicle for work

Speak fluent English

This is a solo position where you will only occasionally work in teams on larger jobs

Must be physically able to clean while standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, down on your hands and knees. This is a labor intensive position
