Job Description
We are looking for experienced freight dispatchers to join our team and help expand our dispatching operations. If you have strong load negotiation skills, broker relationships, and a passion for helping carriers maximize their earnings, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Find & Book High-Paying Loads – Secure top-paying freight from DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, and direct broker contacts
✅ Negotiate Rates – Maximize earnings for carriers by negotiating competitive Rate Per Mile (RPM)
✅ Manage Load Board Searches – Monitor load boards and match carriers with profitable freight
✅ Coordinate with Brokers & Shippers – Handle all load confirmations, paperwork, and carrier-broker communication
✅ Optimize Carrier Routes – Reduce deadhead miles and improve operational efficiency
✅ Ensure FMCSA & DOT Compliance – Verify that loads meet all safety and regulatory requirements
✅ Maintain Carrier Relationships – Provide top-tier dispatching service to ensure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 Year of Dispatching Experience in freight dispatching, brokerage, or logistics
✔ Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to secure the best rates for carriers
✔ Knowledge of Load Boards – Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, or TruckSmarter
✔ Understanding of FMCSA Regulations – Ensuring loads meet DOT & carrier compliance standards
✔ Ability to Work Independently – Must be self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Access to a Laptop, Phone, and Internet – Remote position requiring reliable communication tools
