Position Overview:

As an  Account Executive at Profit.co, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding business needs, and driving sales of our performance management solutions. This role is ideal for  recent graduates or early-career professionals with  less than 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and engage with potential clients.
  • Communicate the value of Profit.co’s solutions to prospective customers and help them understand how our software can address their needs.
  • Assist in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships or part-time experience in sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not required).
