Description Are you an experienced
Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a
strong background in Cypress and TypeScript ? Our client, a leading
financial analysis software and services provider , is seeking a
highly skilled test automation engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions for their
enterprise tech stacks .
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $55 - $70 / hr. w2
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress and TypeScript .
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust automation solutions.
- Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage .
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures , identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to improve test quality and maintainability.
- Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and tools .
Experience Requirements - 5-7 years of experience in test automation development .
- Proficiency in Cypress and TypeScript (Mandatory) .
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar .
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC .
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
