Task Force Talent is seeking a
Web Developer (SharePoint) with an
active TS/SCI FSP security clearance to support a unique government contract. The target salary range is 180K-205K depending on experience level. Our client for this role is a small company with both commercial and government sector customers. They work on very interesting, usually highly technical roles in cybersecurity, software development, data science, and related areas for well-known companies and government organizations. They have a high bar; however, they also have top compensation, benefits, and a strong company culture not found at larger firms. This is rewarding work that cannot be done elsewhere.

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Sharepoint Administrator/Application Developer experience/certification
- Experience with web development, ideally including UI/UX, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, etc.

This position is full-time, in-office, usually in a SCIF.

Interview Process The process typically involves an initial phone screen followed by technical interviews. Contingent offers are usually made quickly, within a week or two. Depending on the level of experience and terms of the contract, additional interviews may be required with partners or the end customer.

Can you help with internships? At this time, we only have full time roles.
Can coding boot camp grads apply? We have found that recent coding boot camp graduates without a separate technical degree are almost never competitive for the roles we have. We strongly recommend a few years of real-world work experience.
Recently graduated? Recent college graduates should include information on projects they have built to be competitive. We are happy to help recent or prospective graduates if we can; however, generally, we do not have entry-level positions and are unable to provide tailored resume feedback.
