Position: Warehouse Specialist

• 1st Shift Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm ( Monday through Friday )
• Placement Type: 3-month temp-to-hire
• Starting Pay: $18.00/per hour ( paid weekly )

Job Description

• The Warehouse Specialist is a functional role that includes distribution order picking, stocking, packaging, and other material handling and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments are made to our customers. This position may also be required to learn, perform, and/or be proficient within other areas of warehouse operations with advanced responsibility and train others. This position requires flexibility and willingness to work in any environment within the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and palletize materials.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Process stock transfers, material requests, and returns.
• Replenish supplies and support cycle counting.
• Handle goods movements and receipts in the ERP system.
• Label and verify orders for shipment.
• Generate work and sales orders.
• Assist in training Warehouse Associates.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF Scanner
• Experience with pallet jack
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is based out of Burnsville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
