Millennial Management is seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team in a part-time remote position. With a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, youll enjoy a flexible work schedule of 4 hours per day from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid break.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department, including file organization, schedule management, and meeting coordination.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging staffing needs and analyze consumer feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to gather and interpret data on campaign performance, including insights from social media, website traffic, and audience engagement.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant data to support marketing initiatives.
  • Create and share compelling content on the companys website and social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
  • Build and maintain direct communication with clients to foster trusting relationships and promote collaboration.
  • Analyze feedback and data on campaign success to provide insights for future marketing strategies.
  • Design visually appealing reports and presentations to convey key findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Continuously conduct market research to better understand the needs of our target audience and the staffing landscape.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on outreach and client engagement.
  • Strong understanding of office management practices and marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • A high school diploma is required
