About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Equity division. The successful candidate will be a key player in the identification of high-growth potential companies and the execution of investment strategies. This role requires a professional with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field, with a preference for those with over 7 years' experience. The Vice President will be responsible for market research, relationship building, leading due diligence processes, developing investment theses, and supporting portfolio companies in value creation and strategic growth initiatives. The role demands excellent communication, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
