About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead the expansion strategy across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new events through creation or acquisition, in line with the company's annual and long-range plans. This pivotal role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, marketing, operations, and regional leadership, to identify and develop growth opportunities. The VP of Business Development will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, registration demand, and consumer behavior to define regional targets, as well as creating and implementing a strategic growth plan for the event portfolio. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to build and negotiate relationships are essential for this position.
