CPC POOLS, INC. is looking for 1 more technician to join the team. We are a small company that cares about their employees! We provide ongoing education and advancement opportunities to our employees. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, good with time management and communication, and wants to excel in the profession.
Here is a list of the regular duties. Experience is not required. A clean driving record is required to drive our company provided vehicle.

POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB DUTIES
Clean and empty all pool skimmers and skimmer baskets and spa skimmer and skimmer basket.
Check and empty as needed pump baskets at each pump.
Check and balance water chemistry to meet minimum County Health Department pool standards. Test Total AND Free Chlorine, pH, and Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid levels at every visit.
Vacuum bottom of pool and spa at each service Skim pool surface to remove floating debris
Brush and clean pool/spa walls and steps as needed
Keep sides, bottoms, and decks free of algae, oil buildup and dirt
Brush tiles, top coping, and skimmer inlets
Backwash filters as necessary in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and to maintain a clean and healthy swim environment Repairs of minor water leaks in the pool pump room
Inspect hand railings that are connected to pool and spa. Ensure railings are secured and rigid.

POOL AND SPA CHEMISTRY: Monitor pool and spa chemistry by taking readings at the water. Monitor readings at the ORP Controllers (IF APPLICABLE). Make sure there is adequate supply of chemicals for the automatic chemical controllers.

INSPECTIONS OF PUMP ROOM EQUIPMENT: Inspections of the following equipment at every basic service day: Spa Filter Spa Heater Spa Jet Pumps Spa Main Filtration Pump Spa Automatic Chemical Feed System Spa system flow rates and system pressures Backwash spa filter as needed subject to reported pressures Spa Filter pump baskets Pool Filter; Backwash filters as needed to maintain flow and efficiency. Pool Heater Pool Main Filtration and Circulation Pump Pool Solar System components Pool Solar System Controller readings and operation Pool Automatic Chemical Feed System Pool system flow rates and system pressures Backwash pool filter as needed subject to reported pressures Pool pump baskets
