We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Elmhurst, IL. Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full variety of massage treatments, skincare treatments, body treatments, and beauty treatments! We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit. We couldn’t complete any of this without a strong, passionate, capable team. As a Spa Manager, you are the face of our spa. Our Spa Manager portrays a polished and professional demeanor at all times. Spa manager is friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond so each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home. Pay and Benefits for Spa Managers We offer $45K - $55K depending on experience. Manage a team of 15 - 22 specialists and Spa Coordinators in junction with the Massage and Esthetician Leads the team schedules, requests off, and maximizing weekly schedules. Leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an award-winning exceptional guest experience, hold contests, and provide incentives to drive annual goals. Actively working as a Guest Advisor in greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and guest transactions (minimum 20-30 hours a week) Sales and setting goals: drive team to reach sales goals within retail, membership and gift cards Reporting: provide weekly sales, payroll reports semi-monthly and EOM numbers. Set and adjust monthly goals to reach annual business goals. Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of the spa are kept clean and tidy. Ensure state regulations are followed and up to date. Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction is the highest in the industry Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools. Attend job fairs, recruiting opportunities and building internship programs. Inventory: Ensure inventory is accurate and each SKU is counted at least monthly Marketing: Work with the owner and outside marketing companies to identify and implement marketing plans including emails, social media, and in house Guest Communications: Manage communications with all guests to ensure issues are resolved appropriately Policies: Ensure employees adhere to all policies Employee Performance: Ensure employee performance reviews are done annually. Set annual increases in conjunction with the owner. Required Skills Spa Manager Job Requirements: Managerial experience; 2 year minimum Sales experience with a passion for Skincare Goal driven Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven Professional, and drug/alcohol free Time management and organization skills Computer proficient A passion for working with people Can-do attitude and high energy A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
