Strong communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and experience in both manual and automated testing within the mobile domain are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the QA process, driving the project independently, assessing and reporting quality risks, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Design, execute, and maintain high-quality automated tests, ensuring the automation framework is robust, scalable, and reliable.
  • Create and execute test strategies and plans, determine test coverage, and manage timelines and milestones.
  • Identify production issues, analyze test gaps, and implement continuous improvements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively engage with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and technical program managers, to ensure test case alignment, defect resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Regularly analyze QA data, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative testing solutions.

Required Skillset:

  • 3-5+ years in a QA role with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end testing independently.
  • Hands-on experience with Java (preferred) or Python and strong knowledge of QA automation tools.
  • Proficient in Android device testing, automation scripting, and maintenance of automation frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively interacting with team members and presenting updates to leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail in test planning, execution, and documentation, with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.

Bonus Skillset:

  • Bilingual in Korean is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Android-specific automation tools and frameworks, and an understanding of the unique testing challenges in mobile development.
