Job Title: Software Developer

Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (100% Onsite)

Duration: 3 months

Contract Type: W2 only

Pay Rate: $75.10/Hour

Duties:

• Build and Maintain Java libraries.
• Employing deep knowledge of cloud application stack, performance and availability optimizations, and security best practices.
• Designing and building frameworks and platforms for development of new features and services.
• Writing high-performance, reliable, maintainable code whether implementing architectural improvements and new features, or fixing bugs.
• Driving the design and implementation of our service architecture in a cloud environment.
• Ensuring strong security and compliance practices in data handling and distribution.
• Embracing a highly collaborative and effective team that requires strong communication and high-quality contributions.
• Working with industry leaders defining client’s future services and infrastructure.
• Actively participating in code and design reviews.
• Collaborating closely with our parent team which deploys client-wide software and infrastructure technology, promoting containerization, clusterization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collectively creating tools, processes, and workflows that connect and empower hundreds of internal development teams.

Skills:

• Java, Springboot, Kubernetes, Golang, Bash.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science.
