We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team. This role is primarily focused on creating engaging content for our social media channels to enhance our brand presence, increase social engagement, and attract top talent. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, adept at producing high-quality, short-form content, and comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for social media content, focusing on both internal and external storytelling.
• Internal Content: Highlight employee achievements, career growth stories, company culture, and special initiatives or internal events.
• External Content: Showcase the firm's vision, brand identity, and highlights through engaging narratives, including "man-on-the-street" style interviews or company spotlights.
• Create a high volume of short-form content in video and written formats tailored for social channels.
• Conduct on-camera interviews and reports, acting as a personable and professional brand representative.
• Stay informed about social media trends to maintain innovative and engaging content strategies.
• Drive measurable growth in social media engagement and audience expansion.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Proven ability to produce creative, compelling, and on-brand storytelling content.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including on-camera presence.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in short-form content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Industry background in finance is a plus but not required.
