Server As a Server for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service establishment, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the success of our establishment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort: - Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
