WHAT DOES A SENIOR AVP - MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER DO?
As a Senior AVP - Mortgage Loan Officer at One Community Bank, you will play a pivotal role in proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business while selling our diverse mortgage products to achieve established loan quality and production goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building and nurturing a high-quality network of business relationships to generate a steady stream of mortgage lending referrals. You will be dedicated to ensuring an exceptional client experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close, providing clear and ongoing communication with clients and business partners. Leading marketing efforts and promotions will allow you to demonstrate your innovative thinking while maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborating closely with Mortgage Loan Processors, Underwriters, and Loan Closers, you will ensure timely submissions of loan documents, creating opportunities to cross-sell additional products as you engage with clients to meet their mortgage needs.
