Job Title: Senior Sanitation Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: Burr Ridge, IL onsite 5 days a week

Compensation: $115k-125k

Must Haves:

• 5 years of experience in a high-risk plant (seafood, dairy, raw meat, etc.)
• Experience leading sanitation programs and initiatives
• Must lead wet cleaning processes and understand FDA and CIP guidelines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Dairy manufacturing experience
• Food science or chemistry background
• Ecolab on technical side, not sales side
• QA back ground

Job Description

Day-to-Day: A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Senior Sanitation Manager to join their team in an ice cream facility. This individual will be responsible for 2-6 direct reports who are sample processing, quality control, and line checkers. This individual will be responsible for 3 lines that require wet cleaning. The environment of this manufacturing facility requires a team of change-makers and someone who is not resistant to change and developing new processes. This individual will spend 50% of their time on the production floor and 50% of their time doing administrative work. This is a day shift role but will include some after-hours training for associates according to the processes this individual implements. There are huge opportunities for growth within this company and this individual has the opportunity to advance themselves through a wide variety of teams.

Compensation:

$115k to $125k per year annual salary.
