Pay Range: $21hr $25hr

Requirement:

Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.
Managing multiple tasks.
bility to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines.
bility to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR.
bility to provide customer service to customers of ACCES-VR.
Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets).
Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing).
Data entry.
Emailing, scanning and faxing duties.
nswering and directing phone calls.
Reception Desk Coverage.
Processing mail.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
