The Quality Engineer ensures product quality, process integrity, and compliance in the chemical manufacturing environment. This role maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), drives ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), implementing corrective actions (CAPA), and reducing material loss.
Working cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain, the Quality Engineer integrates quality into daily operations, supports TPM initiatives, and applies SPC, Lean, and 5S for process improvements. This role also provides floor-level engagement, conducts training on quality and defect prevention, and reinforces a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.What you will do:

The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
