Summary

The Project Manager – Design/Build Lead will lead the team developing and implementing configuration requirements for Cityworks EAM implementations. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate will work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be a team player. This position will be report to the Systems Integration Lead and the EAM Program Manager.

  • Pay Range: $125,000/yr - $145,000/yr.
  • Base pay may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Cityworks AMS
  • Analyze business processes and recommend Cityworks solutions to improve efficiency
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and user training on Cityworks functionalities
  • Develop and maintain Cityworks integrations with Esri GIS system
  • Assist in data migration, system upgrades
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Working closely with IT teams, business analysts, and workstream leads to align Cityworks with project goals
  • Stay updated on Cityworks enhancements and industry best practices to recommend system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree and relatable professional experience (at least four years)
  • Experience working with Cityworks AMS in a SME capacity
  • Strong understanding of GIS, asset management, and work management principles
  • Hands on experience with Cityworks configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with integrating Cityworks with GIS and financial systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflows
  • General Consulting experience as a manager at a top tier consulting firm – preferred
  • Ability to manage staff, both directly and in a matrix organization
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Has strong oral and written communication to provide presentations to management
  • A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
  • Understanding of the business analysis and project management methods
  • System Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) understanding
