Team Introduction
The App Ads and Gaming team is part of the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients. Our vision is to make our product the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)

Monday, June 23
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
Work with PMs to build ML-driven and data foundation products for app clients to maximize their ROAS
-Deep understand the app ads industry and monetization models of different app verticals, identify clients' real demands.
- Understand app clients' measurement metrics and optimize ad performance by signal utilization
-working with global cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation and demand-generation efforts to provide end-to-end solutions for app ad clients
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in performance ads or app industry is preferred
