Purpose of Position In this role, will also work closely with the NA Demand Plan, Operations, and Production functions to ensure the proper distribution of the items to the right location, expected time of arrival, correct quantities maximizing cost, and ensuring Del Monte's Fresh Produce quality .

Accountabilities:

• This position is responsible for product coordination between sales, ports of entry, and production areas for DM's Core Products.
• Coordinates inventory management of North America ports the commodity and supports the sales team in their day-to-day sales/ tasks to keep the business aligned to sales quotas.
• Consolidate the sales forecast and establish the demand plan weekly to submit to production.
• Manage data entry and reporting for the category.
• Manage and conduct multiple weekly touchpoints to provide sales, upper management, and production team updates and support.
• Send daily inventory reports.
• Oversee tracking of inventory and carryover
• Develop ways to mitigate shortages of product for daily truck loading.
• Tracking Nonconformance fruit to find a customer.
• Assist and fix oversell.
• Balance oversells between ports
• Coordinate between traffic, sales and the ports daily to ensure truck loading operation is moving smoothly.
• Assist in all other projects assigned.
• Maintain all KPI Reports up to date
• Enter all Flat Files for third-party/commercial lines bringing product to ports in NE & SE.
• Work closely with Traffic and Network Shipping, on providing and obtaining most accurate information related to Commercial Line vessels arrival, delays and relaying the information in a timely manner to Product Managers in regard to product being brought to NE & SE.
• Assist Product Manager with maintaining accounting invoices for third party vendors in accurate and good standing.

Minimum Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in related Supply Chain, Business or International Commerce from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Some knowledge of produce industry and agricultural background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Data driven.
• Must be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Preferred:

• Supply Chain experience.
• Working experience in the Produce industry.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-stress environments is a plus.
