Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and dedicated Private Executive Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for an individual. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, courteous, and experienced in driving in Washington, DC and the surrounding regions. Applicant must provide their own well-maintained, high-quality vehicle that meets the professional standards expected for premium transportation services. This position requires long hours, and the driver will start and end their day in Washington, DC. The role demands discretion, a strong work ethic, and a strong focus on safety and reliability. Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to and from various locations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
  • Plan routes based on traffic and weather conditions to ensure prompt arrivals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while performing duties.
  • Assist with errands, including shopping, picking up or dropping off packages, and running other necessary tasks as requested.
  • Be available for extended hours, sometimes including evenings and weekends, depending on the employer's schedule.
  • Handle all vehicle-related documentation, including maintenance and service records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and remain calm and composed in all situations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
  • Ensure that all driving complies with traffic laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Applicant must provide their own well-maintained, high-quality vehicle that meets the professional standards expected for premium transportation services.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal driver.
  • Knowledge of the Washington, DC area, including traffic patterns and alternative routes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to manage long hours and potentially demanding schedules.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
