Mountain Engineering is seeking experienced candidates to support PG&E's Gas, Transmission, Routine and Wood Management Vegetation Programs.The GIS Mapping Analyst is responsible for managing geospatial data, from compiling and manipulating datasets to performing advanced spatial analyses. They design and maintain GIS databases and systems, create detailed reports, maps, applications, and visualizations to communicate analytical results, and utilize scripting languages to optimize GIS data pipelines and workflows. Additionally, this role provides GIS training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. By integrating advanced geospatial insights into organizational strategies, the GIS Mapping Analyst plays a crucial role in achieving the organization's goals and success.
