Responsibilities:
Professional Support
Administrative Support 5. Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the entrepreneur’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. 6. Task Management: Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. 7. Process Creation: Develop and document processes to streamline recurring tasks and responsibilities.
Personal Support 8. Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. 9. Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Social Media Management 10. Content Creation: Assist with managing social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and posting. 11. Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms. 12. Analytics: Track and report on social media performance metrics.
