Education Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting to promote their health and independence. Assist with mobility and nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan, including transfers and use of lifts. Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to foster open communication built on respect. Conduct assessments and assist with treatment procedures following state and facility guidelines. Adhere to Infection Control protocols and assist with safety measures for residents. Accept assignments and directions from the Nurse Leader, monitoring changes in residents' conditions and ensuring resident care needs are met. Understand and uphold resident rights and emergency response protocols. Encourage residents to engage in social and recreational activities for a vibrant community life. Document the level of care provided accurately in compliance with the individual Care Plan. Qualifications: Active NH LNA License. Experience working with senior citizens is highly preferred.
