DAILY SNAPSHOT

As a Paid Media Specialist at Hiller, your primary focus will be building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads Search campaigns to drive high-quality leads, improve ROAS, and deliver measurable business outcomes. While Google Ads will be your main area of expertise, you’ll also be responsible for running campaigns on platforms like Meta and Bing to support broader marketing goals. You’ll:

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns from the ground up, including keyword strategy, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
  • Continuously analyze and refine campaign performance to lower cost per lead, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROAS.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, ad restructures, bid optimizations, A/B testing, and negative keyword management.
  • Take a data-driven approach to tie campaign performance to business outcomes—tracking clicks, leads, job completions, and revenue generation.
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns , including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance tracking to support broader paid media goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of Google Ads trends, testing new strategies, and applying platform updates to continually enhance campaign performance.

 

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience: 4+ years managing monthly paid spend of $50K+ across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced experience with marketing attribution platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for event-based tracking, Google Tag Manager for tracking setup, and marketing automation integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.) to connect ad performance with lead and customer data in ServiceTitan.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, uncover insights, and drive optimization strategies to achieve lower costs per lead and improve ROAS.
  • Marketing Attribution: Strong understanding of full-funnel attribution methods to connect campaign activity with business outcomes such as clicks, leads, job completions, revenue, conversion rate, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and lead quality score, enabling optimized ad spend and improved ROAS.
  • Collaborative and Strategic: Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

$70,000 - $85,000 a year based on experience
