TheOutpostCoordinator will work closely with theOutpostPastorcollaboratingon the best way to connect people to people, God and the mission.

You will be:
Providing administrative support toOutpostPastor
Respond to emails
Recruiting, trainingand developing a team of volunteers
Connectingregularlywith attendees and team leads
AssistingOutpost Pastor with follow up and volunteer coordination
Ordering alloutpostneeds
Meeting withOutpostPastor to determine needs
Overseeing Caf volunteers and operations
Overseeingchildren'srooms and volunteers
Hostingservices
You have:
Education level of either an associate, college degree, or equivalent training and experience
Ability to listen to and communicate with people of all ages and the ability to connect individuals
Able to work from a laptop and use basic computer programs
Ability to lead, guide, and correct volunteers
