Youll do some of this yourself and along side our creative team. Capture real-time, scrappy content that feels authentic and resonates with audiences, balancing creativity with efficiency.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all visuals and assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards.Relationship Management, Growth & Retention:Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to amplify organic social efforts.Brief creators on content requirements, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, updates, and strategic guidance.Community Engagement:Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal community.Monitor audience sentiment and identify opportunities to deepen connections with key demographics.Reporting & Analytics:Track, measure, and analyze the performance of organic social campaigns using relevant tools and metrics.Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.Present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.Benchmarks & Goals:Set benchmarks and targets based on historical performance data and client objectives.Continuously refine strategies to meet and exceed these goals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.Insights & Innovation:Hone the ability to identify actionable insights and use data to tell the story behind performance trends.Experiment with new formats, tools, and approaches to keep organic content fresh and impactful.Youll have:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).35 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful organic social campaigns.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients, creators, and internal teams.Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform policies, and emerging trends to optimize strategies and drive growth.Experience recruiting and managing influencers and creators for organic social collaborations.Hands-on proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar).Basic content creation skills, including photography, video editing, and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets).A scrappy, resourceful mindset with the ability to produce polished, high-quality work on tight timelines.Collaborative spirit, with a knack for working effectively across teams and building strong client relationships.Common Good is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
