We are currently seeking a full-time Member Service Representative I to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to multi-task, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A desire to work as a self-motivated team player in a dynamic and challenging work environment is essential. The incumbent will also have excellent phone etiquette, exceptional service skills, and the ability to identify member needs to recommend and sell products and services that meet those needs.
