HIRING!!!!! 1st/2nd shift - $18-20/hr Cleanroom Assembler

Job Description

• We are seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers to join our team, focusing on the assembly of catheters that prevent aneurysms in the brain.
• This role involves meticulous work under a microscope, using small hand tools to assemble intricate components such as coiling wire and small tubing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing using small hand tools.
• Work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ensure high quality and precision in the assembly of medical devices.
• Perform GDP review and work within the ERP system to open and close work orders.
• Issue materials to work orders and perform cycle counts of inventory in a cleanroom environment.

Additional Information:

• Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time.
• Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Average hours worked are 45 to 55 hours a week position.
• **Will work 8–12-hour days Monday through Friday and 8–10-hour days on Saturday
• For now, anything over 8 hours will be OT so they have a chance to make a lot of extra income.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work under a microscope for long periods.
• Proficiency with small hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with medical device assembly preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with using measuring equipment such as rulers, VIS, snap gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Experience in cleanroom environments, medical devices, or electronics is a plus.

Work Environment

• You will work in a cleanroom environment and be required to wear full gown attire.
• The manager is supportive and provides multiple chances as long as attendance is good and there is visible effort.
• The team encourages good relationships and communication as long as quality work is maintained.
• The position requires working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an average of 45 to 55 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
