Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and packages.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on hotel marketing.
• Experience working with brand-led, lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of marketing systems and tools.
• Proficiency in paid digital marketing, including PPC advertising and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
