Job Description

Our client, a leading brand in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Brand Experience and Development team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - Remote on Mondays and Fridays, Onsite Tuesday to Thursday)

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute annual commercialization plans to deliver profitable growth for specific brand(s).
• Leverage actionable insights to drive end-to-end optimization and identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence of annual business plans.
• Analyze data to synthesize insights that optimize marketing strategies and investment decisions.
• Lead the development of strategic revenue management strategies to drive long-term growth.

What's Needed?

• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or a related business field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or brand management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
