Position Summary: 

If you have a p assion for performance marketing , data-driven strategies and thrive in a collaborative growth-oriented environment , ClearCaptions is the perfect fit for you !  We are currently seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing leader to spearhead demand generation, specifically in offline channels, to develop targeted marketing programs and leverage data to make impactful decisions and increase revenue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marketing plan aligns with business objectives and achieves operational excellen ce .  

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.

What you will do:

• Growth Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing and go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives . 
• Demand Generation : Responsible for strategy, creation, execution, and measurement of DRTV (Direct Response TV) campaigns .  Review daily, weekly, monthly performance trends and direct optimization activities. Oversee DRTV budget pacing and media efficiency ensuring goals and KPI’s are met.
• Budgeting and Forecasting :  Partner with the Business Insights and Finance teams on forecasting DRTV KPIs. Manage bi-weekly updates to internal performance reporting documents and monthly updates to the marketing forecast.
• Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize existing offline campaigns and initiate omni-channel testing strategies to maximize ROI, drive lead acquisition and revenue. 
• Data -Driven Decision Making : Leverage media and PBI dashboards to closely monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights and refine marketing strategies for continuous growth.

Qualifications: ​

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fiel d
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing , specifically in Direct Response TV
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with the business
• Proven track record of displaying ownership, urgency, and sound decision-making skills 
• Experience planning and managing marketing programs
• Foundational understanding of all marketing channels both offline and online
• Experience utilizing analytics as it relates to marketing performance measurement
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills , self-directed andable handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create high -quality results -driven, team-oriented environment
• Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
• Ability to support people to gain trust and build positive energy
• Strong analytical,planning and budgeting skills, a bility to influence others .
• Willingness to take initiative, and work well under pressure, thriving in a multi-faceted, remote work environment
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical operational levels. Works to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and/or planning for contingencies
• Proficient in MS Office,modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams , Asana ), Salesforce experience is a plus
• Passion for seniors, a r elentless learner and student of the industry, technology, and consumer insights

Physical Demands :  

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

• Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
• Keyboarding (40-60%)
• Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)

Work Environment

100% Remote: Work environment is at home.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 prospectively plus 10% with consideration to experience and geographical location.  Please see for an overview of our generous benefits program.
