The marketing assistant will work closely with the managing partner of the to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns as well as support additional marketing and office administration efforts as assigned. Most efforts will be focused on marketing initiatives but some tasks will be assigned to assist with the administrative workflow.

Marketing

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to target specific industries within the surrounding business community utilizing various marketing materials and strategies.
• Contribute to the production and design of marketing materials using your excellent writing skills and creative concepts.
• Coordinate details for periodic events, meetings, and seminars.
• Tack and analyze response data of all campaigns to determine ROI.
• Manage periodic updates to social media platforms and maintain the accuracy of automated email platform and customer database.
• Assist with monitoring and creating automated email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the production of the semi-annual newsletter
